The ACHAT Hotel Suhl is a 4-star hotel located 4 minutes from Suhl Congress Centre and 10 minutes from Suhl Train Station. How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The standard rooms were fine and the location was perfect. Smokers wake you up at half‑past‑six with loud chatter and there’s also a daily tour bus at 7 am that runs the engine for about 10 minutes every half hour. The bath was cold, I don’t want to be here in winter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is central, breakfast was good in pleasant rooms, the reception was appealing and connected to a relatively inexpensive but good restaurant. Everything looked clean at first glance. The space, especially in the single room, was very limited. In addition, a wardrobe with standard dimensions was placed in the hallway between the door and the actual room, so passing through without touching the wardrobe or the wall was only possible from the side. Heavier guests would have serious trouble. The bathroom was clean, but it’s clear it hasn’t had its best years for a while.

The good location was very convenient, many places were within walking distance. For me the beds were too soft, and there were too few power outlets in the sleeping area.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, very good central location, enough parking, the price‑value ratio fits. I can’t judge the breakfast because I didn’t use it.
