The place was clean, right where I needed to be, and close to the marina, so it worked out perfectly.

The location was good for the night, and the continental breakfast arrived at a convenient time for us to eat before we left. However, when I booked the room in March for our August stay it was supposed to be an ADA room, but upon arrival they told us none were available, which was disappointing and difficult. We still stayed, but the toilet in the room was leaking around the base, and the next morning our clothes were wet from the AC unit; we first thought they were cold, but touching them revealed they were damp.

The mattress was comfortable and extra pillows were available, but the top sheet was too short, so the comforter ended up on us without sheet protection.
