Close to Epernay and within walking distance of a warm bakery and larger grocery chains, the address is tidy with parking, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen with fridge and freezer; there’s a nice sitting area with a big TV and Wi‑Fi. The house is right on the street, so night traffic from cars, scooters, and noisy pedestrians on a holiday can be disruptive.
