“not what I was expecting. I thought it would be more like the Residence Inn.”

The bed was comfortable and the neighbors were quiet, and the location was great for working, but the breakfast was terrible—only granola bars, no cream or creamer for the coffee. The kitchenette had no dishes, cups, or utensils, let alone pots or pans for the stove. Trying to connect to the “free” Wi‑Fi immediately redirected you to a page asking which paid option you want, with no way to choose the basic free Wi‑Fi.

“Very unsatisfied.”

Everything was a mess: the room was dirty and dusty, the tub was filthy, the towels weren’t clean, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, the carpet looked old and smelled unclean, and the furniture was so dusty that my allergies flared up. I asked to move to another room, but they said no rooms were available. I can’t believe a business would leave it in such a state.
