Everything was very nice, cozy, and comfortable; the staff were super attentive, the central location is perfect, and it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Zipaquirá—I hope to return. It would be better with more delivery meal options, more sports channels like WIN Esports on TV, and a small desk for business travelers.

The toilet paper was already used, the towel seemed at least half a decade old, and the first room I was given had dirty covers.
