The water from the bathroom sink dripped so slowly it was almost unusable, and there was no coffee maker; the bathroom vent was broken, and the refrigerator was set too low to cool anything. The common areas, which aren’t air‑conditioned, smelled of mold, especially the elevator, earning a 5.0/10.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were no complaints, so I gave it a perfect 10.0/10.

We were hit with a sewage smell as soon as we entered the lobby. When we opened our room door, it was covered in marks as if someone had tried to force it open, and the floor still had dirty rags. The bathroom trash hadn’t been emptied, so I rated it 5.0/10.

The location and price were great, but the desk chair in our room was falling apart: the seat had worn off completely toward the front, and the right arm was so loose I feared it would detach while I was working online. The front doors were also very dirty, so I gave it a 9.0/10.
