The staff respected guests and offered excellent service, yet the bathroom had no laundry (shuttle) and some items in the breakfast buffet were missing, such as labneh, hummus, and tabbouleh.

We were checked in before 14:00 without extra charge, which I greatly appreciated. If you bring your own equipment with European plugs, bring adapters; the rooms only have sockets for Chinese plugs. At reception I asked for a European plug adapter and they gave it without problem; I returned it on departure. Breakfast is varied, with Asian and European options, pastries, yogurts, noodles, baozi, juices, watermelon and melon. Standard items include bacon, sausages, eggs, and vegetables. You can include breakfast in the room rate or purchase it separately for a small difference. Within 10‑15 minutes walking from the hotel is a large shopping mall with many cafés, Japanese, European, and Asian cuisine. The Jiǔlóngshān metro station is right there, with B Northeast exit B! to the north – closer to the hotel. Near the metro are KFC and McDonald’s. No complaints.

It was good, but normal.

The cleanliness was excellent, the à la carte restaurant was good, and the buffet breakfast scored 7 out of 10; room service was great with cash currency exchange via the reception machine. The location is not central, requiring a taxi or metro for a 1 km walk; the reception bar opens at 9, which is too late for an early‑morning tourist wanting coffee in the hotel. The staff/reception barely speak English and, unfortunately, when they don’t understand, they politely refuse to help.
