Everything about the hotel is very nice, and I like every single aspect.
“لم اسكن فيه مره اخرى”
Only the location was acceptable. The breakfast buffet was very simple, the hotel corridors were very hot, and the stairwell was dark.
“Peaceful Hotel Middle of everything.”
A nice place, clean, with friendly staff that I really liked. There should be more space to hang clothes.
“Overpriced, poorly managed, and uncomfortable — unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had”
The only thing that was good was the location. The rest of the property fell short of expectations and the whole experience was disappointing. The hotel was far too expensive compared to similar places. Getting help was hard because the front‑desk staff spoke very little English, so explaining requests or solving problems was tough. Only two people were at the front desk, and although they were polite, they lacked the skill and knowledge to manage guest concerns or deliver the service level expected for the price. The biggest problem was the room temperature: the air conditioning didn’t cool properly and the room stayed uncomfortably hot all night, making it hard to relax or sleep. I had booked and paid a non‑refundable three‑night stay, but after the first night I couldn’t bring myself to stay the other two nights even though I had already paid. Breakfast was another major let‑down: the selection, quality, and presentation were far below what I expected, so skipping it turned out to be the best choice. Overall, the property failed to provide the comfort, service, or value that would justify its rates. The combination of bad air conditioning, communication problems, inexperienced staff, disappointing breakfast, and the overall lack of a welcoming atmosphere made the stay far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.
“I wouldn't recommend this hotel”
I liked the size of the room and cleaning lady thats about it. First of all there was no smart TV in the room only Thai channels. What people supposed to watch when wast majority dont speak thai. Second when i wanted to bring more then one guest they charged me 500 baht per person Third i had to check out 1 day sooner they wanted to charge me 700 baht for early check out??? 🤯 i refused to pay so they charged me 450 baht for water
