There is plenty of space and it’s close to a supermarket. Unfortunately, hot water takes a long time to arrive, which is a shame. The apartment needs maintenance; the veneer kitchen cabinets are loose, and some frames are rotten.

The entire apartment was infested with ants, even in the bathroom.

The apartment is small but suitable for two people, and the price is affordable. The pool was dirty and greasy, and when we wrote to the hosts to tell them that the bathroom was filling with water because it was clogged, they didn’t respond—showering there was impossible.

The swimming pool looked good, but there was no staff present. We stayed for a week and never saw anyone. Ants infested our apartment. When we arrived, there was no hot water; we messaged the host, arrived on Friday, still no hot water, hoping it would be fixed on Saturday, but it wasn’t. The host replied that the apartment next to us had hot water and told us to use it, implying we were lying. It was finally fixed Sunday afternoon.

The garden, the pool, the location, the well‑maintained interior, the outdoor communal kitchen, the calm, and the simplicity of arrival and departure are all positives.
