The hotel’s location is great, and the staff were kind enough to give us a larger room with two beds after our twin‑bed request was not honored. Breakfast at the downstairs bar‑restaurant was very cheap. The parking is at the bottom of the village and the steep climb to the hotel is a downside.

The hospitality is good. Parking near the hotel is restricted, and the city has many strict rules for visitors and guests.

The views from the room, the central location to see the old part of the town, and the value for money are all positive. Perhaps we missed a few more outlets in the room, and they were a bit small, but for one or two nights that’s enough.
