“c'est formidable , allez y!”
A tiny spot tucked between vines and donkeys, and it’s fantastic. Parking is free right across from the hotel. The room feels like a vintage inn with charming décor, excellent bedding, a functional and spotless bathroom, and a fridge that’s a nice bonus. You’ll need a car to dine out at night, but there are a few good restaurants about 2 km away, or you can grab something cold from the room fridge and enjoy it on the terrace. An atypical place to recommend: in mid‑August we were able to use the pool in the late afternoon, just for us. Ping‑pong, a fridge available, a regulation at the end of the stay, a billiard table and board games inside, a balloon… plenty to keep busy after exploring the region. The owners are charming, welcoming, and exceptionally kind. (When we returned, we had an early flight, and the breakfast was served before any extra charge.) By the way, breakfast is very good, mostly savory in a Spanish style, which we personally love. We also tried the on‑site restaurant: a must‑try, it’s excellent! In short, we were delighted even though this isn’t the type of stay we usually make (more like a 4‑star). The only negative I can find is that the outdoor fridge was missing wine or sangria.
