How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot was convenient, and the room was roomy and spotless. My wife enjoyed the swimming pool, describing it as good. However, the WIFI was terrible—our laptops couldn't connect at all, which made working impossible. Even after speaking with reception, the issue stayed unresolved, forcing my wife to find a nearby cafe to finish her tasks.

Everything was perfect: the view, the room, the pool, the gym, the staff, and the location—nothing to criticize.

I could point out five things I liked and five things I didn’t.

The staff were incredibly nice and we were generously given a room on the 29th floor with our bed made beautifully for our anniversary; the views were stunning and all the facilities in the room were perfect, and the hotel’s proximity to Ekkamai station made getting around Bangkok very convenient. The only drawback was that the elevators can get quite warm when the weather is hot, so be aware of that, although the short elevator ride makes it hardly a bother.
