Hotel Pax Guadalajara

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities are very new, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking is at the door. It’s very close to the city, so you can walk around easily. I recommend visiting the city between Friday and Sunday mornings, when the monuments are open. We arrived on a hot Sunday afternoon and, lacking monuments to visit, we enjoyed the pool. It’s not very large, but we were very calm and appreciated the space to cool down and relax. The hotel is in a very quiet area, free of noise. No issues.

“Para una noche bueno, pero no cumple con las 4*”

The location was fine, but the room facilities were disappointing for a 4* hotel; the bathroom was cramped, there was only one low pillow, and the mattress was awful. I asked for a king‑size bed, was told it was available, yet found two single beds instead. Parking was at the back, poorly lit, with no direct access to the hotel, and we had to climb the entire downhill slope to reach reception. Very let down.
