The awning let us sit outside comfortably, but the loose box just above the sofa kept nudging my back when I watched TV; we only had one cooking pot because the other was burnt, the toilet‑paper holder was broken, and there were mold spots in both the bathroom and the living room. We also found mouse droppings in the shed, the shed door wouldn’t stay open, a wasp nest in the living‑room grille, and no cushions for the garden chairs.
