Excellent service and hospitality. I am overwhelmed. This is my fourth stay within a span of 2 years, maybe. However I am thankful to everyone of this property. Nothing. We have to adjust something in our own home. So no complaints & excellent service & hospitality. Keep going

I didn’t expect a hotel like this in Asansol. It’s comfortable and the staff was amazing. Manager Pradeep was very hospitable and helpful.

Everything was good overall. I didn’t anticipate this hotel level in Asansol. My wife was born and raised here, and I’ve been coming since 1979. It was a pleasant surprise. The bed had a spring mattress; a firmer regular mattress would be better.
