“Great stay”
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but the first room had a problem: a wet patch and a smell like urine, so we were moved to a new room.

The hotel is in the French Concession which is a pleasant place to wander around. The hotel was huge and felt impersonal. There was a North and a South building - Booking. com seemed to be auto placed in North building which was very brown and the rooms were in need of modernisation. The details stated that there was an outdoor pool but there was only an indoor one

Great location, friendly staff, water was refilled daily and they even handed us a birthday cake!

Friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful pool and vintage buildings, the best location for everything you need; I’ll return again.

The staff were kind and the room was fairly spacious, but the mini‑fridge was not cold at all, the air purifier filter stayed red and uncleaned, and the 11th‑floor Ningbo restaurant was pricey with mediocre taste.
