I had booked another hotel in this chain and was pleasantly surprised by the rooms—well furnished, very comfortable, and breakfast was also great; I have nothing to criticize.

Everything was excellent, fresh and tasty, nothing missing, the dining room manager Kristina was wonderful and did everything for guests. We received rooms where the AC didn’t work, then they swapped them and we had to move all our already broken equipment—really tough. They should check rooms before guests arrive and fix issues early; we arrived late, the security guard was there, so we had to move rooms. The hotel.

The location and room were great. However, the Monday breakfast was terrible; I had to wait for food and ask for the beans and bacon to be warmed. It wasn’t even busy, yet it was ridiculous because I paid €16 for my son to join, and the food was minimal, not worth it.

The breakfast at this hotel was good, well‑stocked with a variety of sausages, cheeses, egg dishes, fruit, vegetables, and muesli; coffee, juices, water, and tea were also offered. The room was fine, and the bed was decent to sleep on, with a good mattress, so I would recommend it. I can’t think of any negative aspects; everything was from good to super!
