“Could have been better”

Breakfast was incomplete and unavailable even though we arrived in the middle of service time; the preferred coffee was missing, the milk was empty, and they promised potatoes that were not there.

“Inadequate staffing”

The facility itself was fine, but after a 12‑hour journey we checked in at midnight and were handed keys to two different rooms already occupied by other guests. Austin was kind, yet it felt like his first night on the job; we ended up waking up two other customers because of the room mix‑up, which was embarrassing and exhausting. Austin promised a refund for the trouble, but that never happened the next morning. The lady at the counter admitted she didn’t understand how he could make such a mistake after being employed there for two years, which made it seem like his first day after all.

“Great hotel near airport.”

Very nice comfortable place near airport. Walking distance to 1 restaurant and convenience store. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. Let us check in early- all staff very friendly and welcoming. Choice of stores and restaurants are not walkable- will need a car
