How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel's location was convenient and I appreciated having a restaurant on site for food and drinks.
−Unfortunately, the room felt outdated and wasn't thoroughly clean. There was a significant amount of dust on the furniture and the air freshener scent was overpowering.

The hotel's location and staff were commendable.
−The property appears to be antiquated and has shown little to no improvement over the nearly two decades I've been visiting.

The hotel's location was a major plus for me.
−The hotel feels outdated and in dire need of renovation. My room was unclean. On the other hand, the doormen were exceptionally friendly and helpful, but the receptionist provided terrible service. I believe it's overrated and doesn't deserve a four-star rating; it feels more like a two-star hotel.

−I was abruptly evicted by hotel staff in the middle of the night, without being given the chance to check in.

The property boasts a pristine environment and a prime location. The lobby bar exudes warmth and hospitality, providing a perfect respite after a long day. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
−The only drawback is that this property comes with a higher price tag compared to some of its nearby counterparts.
