“No crib despite confirming there would be one.”

The location was convenient for a quick stop along the road, the rooms had wooden floors and were spacious, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was a nice touch. However, we were traveling with a 9‑month‑old baby, so we requested a crib during booking and were assured one would be available. When we checked in at 10 pm, we were told cribs were first‑come, first‑serve and all had been taken, which is unacceptable: cribs are not a luxury but a necessity. We were lucky because we had a baby tent for camping afterward; otherwise we couldn’t have stayed there safely with our baby.

The staff were pleasant, but the hotel sits right across from a cattle feed lot that stank up to the sky.
