It was very clean and tidy, and because it seemed to be a high‑season rate, they gave me a whole bunch of Shine Muscat grapes as a gift, which was nice! The grapes in the photo were chilled in the fridge, and the gift was a large Shine Muscat.

We really enjoyed the flexibility and the kindness of our host. The room with Fujisan view was really impressive. We definitely recommend this place

The place is a short walk from town and the property is well kept, warm and inviting. After slipping on the house slippers they gave us, we were shown to our upgraded room with a Mt. Fuji view—a spacious room with a small sitting area and a couch that begged to be napped on (also great for taking coffee in the morning and watching Mt. Fuji slowly light up if you’re an early bird). Downstairs, the large dining area had food for purchase, games, a piano, and a massage chair (a must after riding around the lake on the complimentary bikes). The staff went above and beyond at every turn. I found no faults.

Very stylish and nicely designed facility, a good place to experience with the family the Ryokan style. Very friendly staff. Remote location, travelling by car would overcome the challenge of the remote location
