This hotel was excellent, with a room size suitable for Japanese standards, clean and organized; the breakfast offered many tasty options, and the location was great near several subway lines.

The Toshi Center Hotel, located in Tokyo's heart, offers stunning skyline views from high floors. Renovated in 2008, it features 2 restaurants, including Western Restaurant Iris and Japanese Restaurant Bairin, and 14th-floor rooms with fridges, 32-inch TVs, and satellite channels. The hotel provides free lobby Wi-Fi, laundry services, and a business centre. Nagatacho Subway Station is a 3-minute walk away.

The front desk was efficient, but the hallway carried a strong cigarette odor, and the slope from Nagatachō felt steep; a sign suggesting walking to Koji-cho would be better would have been helpful.

Bed size, location, breakfast. Weak hair dryer, couldn’t dry my hair and my own didn’t work.

Close to metro lines for sights and airport bus service. Family Mart opposite for snacks, etc. The room was small but very comfortable and had everything you need. Excellent shower. Breakfast was a very good buffet‑style breakfast. By our own mistake, we inadvertently booked a smoking room, it wasn’t possible to change to a non‑smoking room, but a staff member took us up to the room to check all was OK (which it was). Perhaps more geared toward conference‑centre clientele than tourists.

Great location, clean, pleasant staff, quick check‑in, a fairly large room, cozy.
