Excellent location with a large closed parking lot. The reception was welcoming, breakfast was decent. A few minor repairs are needed.

The place clearly isn’t a typical tourist hotel but rather a “refugee” transfer hub, which isn’t what the description suggested. We waited an absurd amount of time for a working key card, lost an hour at check‑in, and were offered no solution. There was no Wi‑Fi. When we opened the door, it wouldn’t work again until we returned after our evening outing. At night someone opened our room door; luckily we weren’t deeply asleep and were startled. That night was very stressful because I feared it would happen again while I slept. I told the new receptionist at breakfast about everything, but she offered no apology or interest. We lost more time after breakfast when the receptionist came over to dismantle the opening‑closing system. That’s basically it. Not a pleasant experience. Very disappointed, even though the price was cheap, the service didn’t match.
