“日本的集團，卻是超級無敵差的態度！女櫃檯（可能是經理）一直用歪嘴歧視的方式回應客人的提問，倒是其他員工服務態度比較好，房間很小，有霉味，第二晚趕著去住其它飯店，更便宜更舒服，服務態度好他們100倍”

The location was decent, but one staff member—probably the female manager, who seemed Japanese—treated me terribly, answering my questions with a sneering, discriminatory tone that left me fuming before I even checked in.
