We were in and out, but the place worked great for us. Having a car made it easy to drop our kid off, and the pool was a nice chill spot. The neighborhood felt welcoming, and the owner was super friendly and even let us meet his family. Definitely coming back.

The location was perfect for my 3‑day event, but I got the wrong room—thought I booked the downstairs studio I love, ended up in a shared top‑floor room. I needed quiet for my healing retreat, yet the space was shared, no place for toiletries, and someone moved my stuff. Plus, a downstairs smoker made every stairway a scent trip.

Quiet and safe, the shared areas were decent. But the laundry was a hassle—no soap, and it was often occupied.
