Summary of this review
This guest house has all apartments on the ground floor and they’re isolated from each other. The apartments are clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and even gave me a cold beer (which was a bonus). There’s a private courtyard where you can safely leave your bike. There was no kettle in my apartment, but that’s the only downside.

I spent one night here while traveling from Plav to Brno and was completely satisfied; the accommodation offered everything I needed: a room with a comfortable large bed and a bathroom, a fridge and kitchenette to use, and parking right on the courtyard of a closed complex. The owner was very helpful, the location was quiet, and with navigation I found it easily. The view from the ground‑floor room onto the side street wasn’t great, but that didn’t bother me at all.

The staff were super friendly, easy‑going and helpful. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but parking is very easy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Honestly, I had a great time there, so there isn’t much to say in terms of negative experience; I’d totally recommend it!
