“Estadia aconchegante.”
We loved everything—no single thing spoiled the review. The apartment was spacious, with a huge balcony, large beds, a great shower, an onsen, curtains that blocked out light perfectly, a fully equipped kitchen, and immaculate cleaning. We stayed as four people, three of whom were elderly, and even without a breakfast service we had the freedom to eat at home. There were no staff at check‑in or check‑out, but the email I received with instructions was very clear. The parking area was well organized, and during our stay we had a cleaning service one day; the notice came early enough for us to plan, and everything worked out. I think it was the perfect choice for us—thanks, Aqua Palace, for the wonderful stay. The only thing I felt was missing was a normal table for Western guests who aren’t used to eating on the floor, especially the elderly. The space is there, but a curtain or folding doors could separate the tatami area and beds for more privacy, while still allowing the room to stay open and airy. Another suggestion would be about the stove—since it’s electric and we don’t know how to use it, a quick guide on how to light it would help; it’s very modern for our age. Hahaha.
