Summary of this review
The guest house was fantastic—cleanliness was impeccable, nothing to complain about. The host was an amazing, welcoming woman who patiently waited for us until 3 am because we were delayed at the border; a heartfelt thanks to her. The house felt cozy, with a large summer veranda overlooking the sea where we could eat any meal. There’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for any cooking. The surrounding green area is beautiful. Private parking is very convenient for car travelers. Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. The price‑to‑quality ratio is excellent, and the sea is only a 10‑minute walk away. We’ll definitely come back! Huge thanks, Maka 🙏❤️

The owners are wonderful and friendly, and everything we needed was available. The view of the city is fantastic. The only downside is the narrow neighbors, but that’s a subjective Ukrainian issue.

This place is more than just a guest house; a family lives here with a living history they’re eager to share. The people are real, kind, and bright, taking care of the house and garden. The view is spectacular, as shown in the pictures. The house sits on a hill; walking from the beach is easy, though it’s a climb and some higher‑up residents might even offer a lift. Rooms are very clean, and although the furniture isn’t brand new, everything feels homely. The shared kitchen has a large fridge, gas stove, and oven, and you share it with other guests. We met wonderful people here, and the communal atmosphere encourages stepping out of our comfort zone and making new friends. The hosts are always ready to help and very kind, offering useful tips on how to get to Batumi or Sarpi. We hope to return soon and wish the family all the best.
