For anyone who needs to shop, the spot is ideal right next to the commercial centre and a park, but the hotel’s facilities feel dated and the room had a slight odor.

Checking in and out was a breeze thanks to the kiosks, everything worked fine and the staff were excellent; the only drawback was the lack of easy parking – the paid lot beside the hotel was more accessible than the tiny underground garage with fewer than ten spaces, which I found a bit pricey.

We needed a place at the last minute after finding Jeju Airport shuts down at 11 PM, so we booked here. The listing said check‑in ended at 11 PM, but we arrived at 12:15 AM and were able to get our room without any hassle. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable, and everything went smoothly despite the late hour. The staff were flexible and welcoming, so I’d definitely recommend this spot.

I stayed there eight years ago and it’s changed a lot; the front desk was unmanned all day so I couldn’t get any answers, and I won’t be returning.
