Only the staff were helpful. The experience was very disappointing, with severe shortcomings in cleanliness and maintenance. The stay didn’t meet expectations because of many problems and inconveniences: Extremely small space— the room is a tiny attic with very little room to move or live comfortably. Isolated location— the property is in a truly remote area, making it inconvenient and hard to reach or get around. No soundproofing— the acoustic insulation is terrible; I could clearly hear all the shouting and noises from other rooms and the hallway, totally ruining rest. No cleaning— above the wardrobe there’s a noticeable, often thick layer of dust that’s been there for a long time. Hygiene and linens— on the bed sheets I found a suspicious stain (similar to a blood trace), indicating that the linen change and inspection aren’t done properly. Damaged and malfunctioning parts— many items in the room and bathroom are broken or worn, from a door that closes poorly and an unstable handle, to damaged or rusted components and structural issues in the toilets and shower. An unacceptable situation for the price paid. Not recommended.
