The host, Joaquim, was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation lived up to its promise—no frills, but the room was comfortable and offered good value for money. Several restaurants, supermarkets and an ATM were close by, and the location was perfect for hiking the Ponta do Sol trail to Cruzinha. Nothing to complain about.
The hotel was spotless. The owners were super friendly and helped with all directions and transport. The room was very large, had a balcony, and there was an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!
“Agréable établissement”
The owners were kind, the room and bathroom were large, there was kitchen access, and the location was good. It would benefit from an AC because we had to keep the door open for airflow, and the bedding was a minor issue.

The hotel is in a great spot and the owners are charming. The room is spacious and you can use the kitchen, which is a real bonus. There's also a terrace to enjoy the evening. The room felt a bit warm even with the fan running.

The room was very pleasant and clean, and the owner was very friendly. We had a ground‑floor room, so opening the window at night to get fresh air wasn’t ideal, but a fan was appreciated. There was no door to separate the room from the bathroom.
