I arrived and they told me they don't take Booking reservations. Had to scramble for another place; they didn't even have any rooms left.

“Habitacion sucia - dañada”

The receptionists were friendly, but the sheets and pillows were dirty, and there were no towels even though I asked.

“Nada recomendable”

The location is great and the kitchen staff were friendly, but we ran into a bunch of issues: check‑in was delayed, wifi was dead, lights flickered because the card didn't work, no soap, no hand towel, no shower mat, and the reception was pretty passive about it.

The restaurant staff were good, but the room windows let in all the outside noise, and they still charged me PT taxes even though I'm from Colombia.

I ended up switching hotels because the facilities were terrible, maintenance was bad, and the staff were awful. It felt more like a rundown inn than a hotel.
