How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was impressed by the hotel's modern design and convenient location, which is just a short walk from a convenience store. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the staff upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. However, I found the bed to be extremely soft, which caused me back pain during my stay. Additionally, I felt that the hotel's prices were a bit steep, considering the quality of the furniture and amenities.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the hotel staff's limited English proficiency, which made communication quite challenging for us. On the other hand, the hotel's location and overall ambiance were pleasant, and we enjoyed our time there despite the language barrier.

I was impressed by the hotel's modern design and thoughtful layout, which made our stay very comfortable. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient to get a taxi from the hotel's location, which is a bit further from the city center. If you're looking for a quiet retreat, this hotel might be a good choice for you.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but they lacked the training and expertise to provide top-notch service, especially considering the hotel's high price point. The room was advertised as a suite, but it felt more like a standard room, and the bathroom lacked privacy due to the wooden blinds. Additionally, the shower temperature was inconsistent, and the gym was tiny.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, which felt like a palace and exceeded my expectations in every way. My husband and I felt like royalty, surrounded by the hotel's surreal beauty and the soothing presence of the Ping River. The staff were warm and attentive, and the spa was a true paradise - I was thoroughly spoiled.
