The host was fantastic and the location in the traditional riad is great, though the interior felt a little dark.

We loved our stay at this riad! The place was super clean and had such a cozy feel. My room was huge and super comfy to relax in. Plus, the lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful the whole time, would definitely stay here again!

The Riad spans several floors, is beautifully decorated, and sits right in the heart of the Medina, a 12‑minute walk from Rabat Ville’s gate. We stayed on the top floor, enjoying the open space that was superbly decorated. The staff were available on site or by phone whenever needed. The terrace was gorgeous; we used it both evenings and early mornings. Breakfast and other meals could be arranged on request. A few bathroom touches would make the place even more welcoming.

The Riad is stunning, but a few points to note. The breakfast, priced at 5 euros, didn’t match the photos; it was just mint tea, a syrup drink, and a few pastries instead of the beautiful spreads shown online. Toilet paper was scarce, often requiring us to ask for more. We had to request daily towel changes because the room had no windows, making the scent quickly unpleasant. There was no air‑conditioning. The young staff member present on our arrival did her best to help. The on‑site manager, likely the grandmother, spoke only Arabic, making communication difficult. There was also a serious lack of clarity on pricing: we paid 30 euros for airport transfers, while a taxi would have cost barely ten euros! When we tried to cancel the return transfer, they refused because we had already paid at the Riad. The most disappointing thing was the presence of cameras everywhere, clearly recording our conversations in common areas.

The décor is nice, but the staff changed every two days and breakfast was the same each day, except once we got a chocolate croissant.
