Even though it rained a lot, the resort had enough indoor options to keep us entertained for the whole three days, and we never got bored. After a sweaty sports session we could soak in the baths all day, which was fantastic, though the lounge on the 8th floor that offers drinks, massages and comics wasn’t always open; it would be great if it were available around the clock, especially on bad weather days.

Both breakfast and dinner were generally delicious, and while the crab this time was a bit disappointing, the shabu‑shabu more than made up for it. I have no complaints, but I hope this level of quality can be maintained despite rising prices.

We managed to relax amid stunning nature and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The downside was the poor transport links, which limited how far we could wander around the large property; some additional shuttles or other moving options would be welcome.

The scenery, outdoor sports, and walks were very good. The facilities felt a bit old.

The ski slope was right outside our door, and the night lanterns and fireworks were beautiful; the hotel also packed a game room, bowling alley and gym so we never got bored. There were two baths with excellent water quality, and our room offered a clear view of the slopes, fireworks and lanterns. The buffet spread was huge and left us completely satisfied. The only issue was that all the lights in the building were turned off at night, which felt scary, and I wish the restroom lights had stayed on; I understand it’s an energy‑saving measure, though.
