The host was very kind and helpful. The flat was very clean and had a well‑equipped kitchen. With a ground‑level entrance and elevator, the flat is accessible for everyone. The location is great, with direct access to Paris, and small supermarkets are within walking distance. I was a bit surprised that the flat is shared with other guests. On hot days it gets very warm, and the bathroom isn’t well ventilated.

A terrible experience. When I arrived, I realized the place was nothing like the listing. The photos made it look like an entire rental, but it was actually a single room in a shared apartment with common areas and very little privacy. The flat was cluttered with personal items and didn’t match the photos. Additionally, major construction was happening right next to the window, giving a direct view of a site. The owner asked me to cancel the booking myself while I was already there so he could re‑list the property. I refused. Being ill and facing a situation that was completely different from what I expected or what the listing described, I had to leave immediately and book another place in a rush. I only recommend this accommodation to people looking for a co‑living setup who don’t mind the lack of privacy. Other travelers should be cautious and read the details carefully before booking.
