I booked through the app, but they claimed they hadn't received my reservation and said they were no longer affiliated with FabHotels, asking me to pay directly even though I'd already paid via the app. They promised a refund but never delivered, so I feel scammed. Never book FabHotels again; it's a scam.

“Espantoso nunca en mi vida volvería a reservar, y no se los recomiendo”

I was a foreigner and the receptionist refused to check me in at 1 am, saying they didn't accept foreigners even though I'd already paid the deposit to reserve the room. Completely disappointing! The place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it. All aspects were terrible, starting with the awful service.

“Fraud”

No positives. The room service was nonexistent, the rooms weren't clean, and I was charged the full rent even though I had only paid a partial amount.
