“The hotel is not present at the location. I roamed the location and called the hotel manager too.”
The place was completely nonexistent; I walked around the supposed location and called the manager, but there was no reply, so I had to book another hotel at a higher price. I would not recommend this place—it's a total fraud, don't pay any money.
“The Hotel does not exist in reality, only shows on map”
Customer care was desperate to get you to check in, repeating an address that simply doesn’t exist. The hotel itself doesn’t exist anywhere.
The staff’s behavior was mind‑blowing, and the location is great—just a stone’s throw from the new Market, the main shopping destination in Kolkata.
Kuc v nhi. Booking .com pa hotel room booking k lya 2 adult ka kiya tha then fir ja allow he nhi krta ki 2 person in one room . Ik dam bkws
This is a fake hotel; the staff are uneducated and treated us terribly.
