The service was good, but the staircase leading to the bathroom was a problem.

“Personale molto gentile, camere e bagno molto pulite”

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the bathrooms were gender‑separated, and the location was very convenient in the city center. The common areas (excluding bathrooms) were not clean, the shower lacked a lockable door, and there was little space for luggage.
