“Demasiado caro para o hotel que é”
I loved the location and the private church they had, plus the terrace on the 3rd floor. I didn’t like that my parents’ room faced the hotel’s inner courtyard, which had a water container and mosquitoes kept biting guests. I also disliked the room service; we warned them several times about a TV problem in one room and they couldn’t fix it in time. The showers in both rooms were poorly working, sending hot and cold water at once. One faucet was jammed and couldn’t be opened or closed. The sound insulation was almost nonexistent.
