The building looked shabby, smelled like smoke, and the rooms were tiny and unappealing. The double room I booked didn't actually have a double bed for me and my husband, and the rooms didn't match the photos.

The location was fine, but the room was dirty, the fridge was full of stale food, the bin hadn't been emptied and was half full, the dresser was covered in dried coffee grounds, the bathroom and toilet doors didn't lock, and the motel area was in an attached place called Pams Place.

The beds were comfortable and the receptionist was friendly, but the room was tiny, called a Villa, and I felt it wasn't worth $210.00; I was very disappointed.

Nothing was good: the bed was awful, the bathroom light didn't work, the pool was filthy, and the deck was blocked off because the timber was rotting.

I didn't expect much, yet I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms were. However, traveling for work, a desk or table in the room would have been helpful.
