“I was in hell for a night”

The furniture was 70 years old, and the dresser posed a safety hazard, making it not comfortable at all. Everything else was similarly disappointing.

My stay went well except that I didn’t receive clean towels on the second day of my 2‑night stay until I brought the used ones from the first night to the front desk. The staff seemed to be short‑handed.
