Breakfast was nice and clean, but the rooms we got at first weren't great; after complaining and paying extra we finally received better ones. The location was hard to find and there was no signage.

I like the inside house room were very nice and clean. I didn't like when the manager rushed the receptionist lady while she was showing the place, we had no access to the kitchen for dishes and catlery,aircon remote nd rooms kettle where not working,nd separate from the house we booked for,mixed with other ppl yet we were with kids,I think staff need training on customer service. Thanks to 3ppl

From the moment we arrived at night, the receptionist greeted us warmly and handled check‑in smoothly and professionally. The daytime staff were equally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The whole team delivered excellent service, showing respect and attentiveness that made us feel comfortable and valued. Their professionalism and hospitality left a great impression. The guest house itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained; rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, creating a relaxing environment. Cleanliness and guest satisfaction clearly top their priorities. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, well prepared, with a good variety of food served in a pleasant atmosphere, making each morning a great start. I highly recommend Ramata Guest House for quality accommodation, outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast.
