I was really impressed by the hotel's vibe - it was super welcoming. The staff were always on hand to help, whether it was recommending a great meal or sorting out a taxi for me to get to Auli. They even put together a full itinerary for my stay, which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, and the food was top-notch too.
