How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was okay, even though it is very far outside. The promises were not kept. On the day of departure there was no breakfast at 08:00 without announcement. We were told it would be at 09:00. At 09:00 no one was there. They claimed there was no staff. We were told it would be at 10:00. We had to go to the airport. In the Aurora Hut the sink was clogged, very dirty, the chemical toilet was only separated by a half curtain. Mini room. Cruel.

The spot was incredible—icebergs just outside and the glass dome was spot‑on, though it took a short walk into town. Otherwise the place was super calm and quiet.

Udsigten er fantastisk. Aircon i Hut var i stykker, hvilket gjorde det næsten ulideligt at sove derinde. Og de er i gang med at udbygge deres outdoor spa, så man starter håndværkere kl. 7.30 om morgenen uden info omkring dette

The outdoor sauna was great, the hot shower worked, and the breakfast was very good, but the toilet flushing was a problem.

The water view was nice, but the room had no private bathroom—what’s advertised is just a non‑flushable toilet behind a curtain in a tiny corner. The only shower is in a shared cabin you have to walk through, it’s dirty and lacks supplies. The sauna or hot tub cost a lot per person, and the owner was unhelpful.
