Luis is a fantastic host who gave us plenty of useful recommendations! The place is very pretty and definitely worth it; we booked because of its rating and I can confirm it deserves it. Thanks a lot!

Luis is an exceptional host! The welcome was amazing, super friendly, and he gave great advice (thanks for the cenote, village tips, etc.). Enjoying the excellent breakfast seated in his garden with dog, cat, and avocados straight from the tree made us almost not want to go to Chichén Itzá;-) We also dined very well at the village restaurant Sac‑Be. Thanks, Luis, it was a short but unforgettable and authentic stay, far from mass tourism.

I really liked staying with Luis in his Mayan bungalow in a real Mayan village. The bungalow has everything you need (no TV but I didn’t miss it at all) and sits in a jungle‑like setting full of tropical fruit trees and exciting bird songs at night. Luis is very welcoming and spent a lot of time giving info on places to visit. The breakfast in his garden is excellent, the best I’ve had in Yucatán. It takes a few minutes to Chichen Itza, letting you arrive at 8:00 and skip long lines.
