The breakfast was pretty good and the beds were very comfortable. The bathtub jacuzzi didn’t work, the AC unit was noisy, and the electricity was out for several hours.

The staff were friendly. The room and bed were clean and very comfortable. We experienced two power shortages during our stay. I know it’s beyond your control, but you might consider generators in the future. We were on the 5th floor, and we managed to safely bring my mom down and up the five flights of stairs. The elevator got stuck a couple of times. We also arrived for breakfast at 8:45 and all three coffee thermoses were empty.
