I surprised my partner with a birthday weekend here, and she was completely blown away by the place, the freshly baked bread, butter, and prosecco. We stayed in the cottage, and the Jacuzzi was great even though it rained the first day, because it was undercover; we used the BBQ for every meal and relaxed at night, and despite the heat we couldn't resist the wood burner. I would definitely recommend this spot.

The hideaway was superbly cozy, well finished, and had everything we needed, quiet and in an ideal spot for sightseeing and exploring—only 20 minutes from everything. We’ve stayed in many hideaways and this is up there with the best. The staff were lovely, and we’ll definitely return.

The property is very well appointed, and the check‑in instructions and facility usage directions are clear and easy to understand. We had a great stay and would book again next time we visit. The only small criticism is that the blinds don’t block much light, so we woke up earlier than usual.
