We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Guesthouse Irina. The entire property was impeccably clean, tranquil, and very pleasant. The house itself is beautiful, with a large terrace overlooking a lovely garden, making it a great spot to unwind. Irina is absolutely charming, kind, and welcoming; you can immediately sense how hard she works to keep everything pristine and make guests feel at ease. Her dedication is evident throughout the guesthouse. We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-maintained place and would happily recommend Guesthouse Irina. Thank you, Irina, for your kindness and hospitality! 🥰 There was a small mix‑up about the bathroom: we thought the room had a private bathroom, as listed, but it’s actually shared among three rooms. That should probably be clarified in the description to avoid confusion for future guests. In the end, it wasn’t an issue for us, especially since the bathroom, like everything else, was kept spotlessly clean.

It’s a very cozy and clean spot, within walking distance of the park and the sanatoriums there (6, 1, 2). Host Irina is very responsive. I was able to work in the room and she provided a desk for my laptop. Even massages and physiotherapy can be booked in the evenings. The kitchen is equipped and there’s a washing machine. The homey vibe is great, but you can also retreat to your room if you want privacy. Nearby are shops, a change office, a mini bazaar, and a confectionery. You can get there from Kutaisi by minibus for 5 lari and then walk 5 minutes.
