How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location, décor, staff, and reception were all positive, yet the room was tiny, windowless, with no storage, a single outlet, a bathroom lacking VMC and storage, and I can only imagine the heat and odors.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the room was too small, too warm, and very dark; the tea‑making facilities were not great.

It felt very unusual and luxurious, and the service staff were attentive and nice, but the location and style were not great, the place wasn’t clean or relaxing, the rooms were small, had no windows, and the cottage runs were too tiny; we chose a post‑bedroom and it turned out much better than our friends’ cottage room.
